Disney World Parks - Finding All the Gems Inside of Disney

Deciding to go on vacation to the Disney world parks can be an exciting time for a family, and usually involves a lot of planning for the trip. But you will want to maximize your vacation, and make sure that you do not miss out on all the fun that there is to have at Disney world in Orlando. Most people who go to Disney only really concern themselves with the 4 main theme parks, but there is so much else to do and see at Disney, you should really check it out.

Of course, there are the 4 main theme parks, which are Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Magic Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios. They each have something totally different to offer; for example, at Animal Kingdom you'll get to experience all kinds of different exotic animals, but hop on over to Epcot, and your smack in the middle of different countries from around the world, such as Canada, and Europe. Magic Kingdom is the main park at Disney, and has more rides than all of the other parks combined. Hollywood Studios has more aggressive rides, and also has a lot of really great action stunt shows that you can see.

But aside from the 4 main theme parks, you can also visit Disney's 2 water parks, Blizzard Beach, and Typhoon Lagoon on a hot day (when in Florida is it not hot, though?). The water parks are really cool, and both feature some great water slides, as well as a huge wave pool, and a lazy river to lounge around in.

As if that isn't enough to keep you busy for a very long time, there is also the downtown area (Downtown Disney) to browse around in. On the east side, there are some very interesting shops to check out, including the Lego store, a huge Disney store, and many others. On the west side is Disney Quest, a 5 story interactive indoor theme park, which is very, very cool as well. I would encourage you to make sure that you do not miss out on Disney Quest, as many people bypass it just because they don't know what it is.

When you go to visit the Disney world parks, don't be like most people and limit yourself to the 4 theme parks. Go out and experience all that there is to do and see at Disney and find out why it is truly called the most magical place on Earth!
